Terms and Conditions for Treasure Hunt Event:

1. Eligibility: a) The Twashtri's City-wide Treasure Hunt Event is open to all participants aged 18 years and above. All participants below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult b) Employees of Twashtri, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional partners, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the event. c) The event is open to residents of the city only.

2. Registration: a) Participants must register online at the Twashtri website to participate in the event. b) Each participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, contact number, email address, and any other details requested by the organizer. c) Participants must agree to these terms and conditions to complete the registration process. d) Participants must pay the registration fee to confirm their participation in the event.

3. Event Rules: a) The Twashtri's City-wide Treasure Hunt Event will be held on the designated date and time. b) Participants must arrive at the designated starting point at least 30 minutes before the event starts. c) Participants must follow the instructions given by the organizer throughout the event. d) Participants must not engage in any unethical or illegal activity during the event. e) 

4. Prizes: a) The prizes for Twashtri's City-wide Treasure Hunt Event will be announced at the end of the event on the same day b) The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice. c) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

5. Liability: a) The organizer will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants during the event. b) Participants are responsible for their personal safety and should take necessary precautions to avoid any injury or harm. c) Participants must not hold the organizer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event.

6. Cancellation: a) The organizer reserves the right to cancel Twashtri's City-wide Treasure Hunt Event at any time without prior notice. b) In the event of cancellation, the organizer will refund the registration fee to all registered participants. c) Participants need to contact the organizer to request the cancellation of tickets. Each cancellation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

7. Miscellaneous: a) These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the organizer and the participants. b) The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. c) Participants agree to receive communications from the organizer regarding the event. d) These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city where the event is held.
